Nike + iPod
Prieš kelis mėnesius nusipirkau iPod Touch 2G 16GB. Betyrinėdamas įvairias programas, bei patį iPodą atradau Nike + iPod. Kadangi dažnai bėgioju, kadangi sportuoju orientacinį užsimaniau jo, kadangi bėgiojant, man patinka muzikos klausytis, tiesą sakant, bėgt su muzika yra lengviau. 
Be to turint tą priedą galima sužinot laiką, nubėgtą atstumą, kalorijas, Pace (per kiek minučių nubėgau 1 kilometrą.). Jei kas nežinojote, yra tokių laikrodžių kurie irgi matuoja greitį, kalorijas, pulsą, nubėgtą atstumą ir laiką tačiau jų kainos prasideda nuo maždaug 500 litų (laikrodžio pavysdys apačioje) . Taigi tas Nike + iPod priedėlis gaunas pigiau grybo. Tik minusas, kad nerodo pulso, na bent man jo ir nereikia .
Paieškojęs atradau jog tas aparatėlis ( pirmoje nuotraukoje, raudonai baltas) lietuvoje kainuoja ~120 litų. Apsižvalgiau eBay.com ir paėmiau už 20$ (be siuntimo, su siuntimu ~30 žalių.). Pasiskaitęs atradau, jog jis tinka tik ant Nike+ sportbačių (kurie aišku kainuoja brangiai) , ir dedasi po padu. Bet atradau, tutorialą kaip padaryt, kad veiktų ir ant paprastų sportbačių:
- Bate išsigręžti skylę ir į ją įdėt tą Nike + iPod
- Su lipnia juosta priklijuoti
- Nusipirkt adapterį
Pasirinkau 3 variantą. eBay’juj kaina gan didelė, ~10$. Priklijuota juosta bebėgant dar atsivynios ir iškris, o dėl skylės, tai manau nelabai patogu bėgt bus ir jei dar blogai padarysi skylę, prabėgs vanduo, na aišku čia priklauso nuo kruopštumo.
Kas neturi iPodo (Nike+ veikia beveik ant visų ipod’ų), yra tokio laikrodžio alternatyva- Nike + Sportband 
(foto dešinėje), kaina ~40 GBP (be to priedėlio), bet apie jį nepasakosiu
Na dabar papasakosiu apie patį Nike + iPod. Su šiuo prietaisu jau prabėgau 67.27 km. Sudeginau 4859 Kalorijų. Iš viso bėgau 11 valandų 58 minutes. Vidutiniškai bėgu 1 km nubėgu per 10:36 min (negreitai bėgu, kartais tiesiog einu ). Nike + meniu ant iPod Touch yra gan patogus, galima pasirinkt 3 bėgimo rėžimus (Angl. Workout)- Basic (Paparastas bėgimas, kiek nor tiek bėgi 
) , (bėgti per laiką), (nubėgt tam tikrą kilometražą). galima pasirinkt kokią muziką, grotu bėgimo metu. T.y. Shuffle (atsitiktinės dainos), Playlist (dainos iš tam tikro grojaraščio), None ( bėgti be muzikos). Po bėgimo prijungus prie kompiuterio iPodą su’Sync’inus su iTunes nusiunčia visą bėgimo informaciją į Nike + svetainę. Ten galima išvysti daugiau statistikos, nei iPod’e. Prabėgus tam tikrą kiekį atstumo Nike + svetainėje gaunami Level’iai ( Šiuo metu aš oranžiniame), jų yra išviso 6. Taip pat galima gaut apdovanojimus, įvykdant tam tikrus Goals ( nusistatyti tikslą ir per kelis bėgimus nesumažinti tempo) ar Challenges ( lenktynės, nuo paprastų bėgimo varžybų skiriasi tuom, kad bėgamas skirtinga trasa t.y. galima bėgt nors ir ant bėgimo takelio ), tai gaunasi jau kaip savotiškas žaidimas, tikslas — surinkt visus medalius . Yra dar ir Couch (treneris) funkcija, reikia išsirinkt norimą treniruotę ir sudaro jums grafiką, kiek kiekvieną dieną reikia nubėgt. Pateikiu tokios treniruotės pavyzdį.
Na atrodo lyg ir viską aprašiau, jei tekstas nelabai rišlus gavosi- nepykit . Įdedu šiek tiek fotkių iš iPod’o
sveikas yra tokia programa kuriai nereikia jokio GPS nei kito adapterio programos pavadinimo dabar nepasakysiu bet su laiku parašysiu
Na jei kalbi apie Apple iPod Touch, tai tokios programos nėra, na arba matuoja laaabai netiksliai
Ant iPhono galima su GPS skaičiuot, o ant iPod nano 5g yra įmontuotas pedometras.

paaiskink, jei nesunku. be to, uztikau dar shoe pockets… galvoju, gal galima tai kazkaip pritvirtinti prie bato ir i ja graziai ideti ta prietaiseli… beda tame, kad irgi nelb zn kaip ten su ta shoe pocket, maciau kaip atrodo, bet nzn kaip ti ten dedama ir pan… prasau papasakok apie ta adapteri ir pan :> dekui.
